1. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
If you live in a metro area* in Australia and order before 3pm AEST, you'll receive your parcel the next business day!
For Western Australia and rural areas, express shipping takes up to 1-3 business days.

2. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
We ship worldwide via DHL COURIER EXPRESS. Shipping takes 1-3 business days depending on your location.
3. I NEED MY ITEMS BY TOMORROW, HOW CAN I BE CERTAIN TO GET IT BY THEN?
First check that you are in the Australia Post express network, if you are then you will get your order the following business day. Your order must also be placed before 12:30pm AEST.
4. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number as it leaves our head office.
5. ARE BLACK SWALLOW SIZES STANDARD? WHAT IF MY BODY TYPE IS IN BETWEEN SIZES?
Black Swallow sizing is standard and more often than not true to size. However, some items vary depending on the label, for information regarding the fit of items refer to the descriptions located under the name of each item. Australian & International sizing charts are located in the product descriptions & the 'Customer Info' at the bottom of the website.
6. HOW DO I KNOW THE LENGTH OF A DRESS?
Our models are between 175-180cm tall, which should give you a rough estimate of the length of a garment in comparison to your own body. All models measurements are listed within the product descriptions, along with the length of the garment.
7. THE ITEM I WANT IS "SOLD OUT" OR NO LONGER APPEARS.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the name of the item (or description if you can't think of it) and we'll let you know if we're expecting to restock. If we are, we'll put you on the list to be notified when that particular item comes back in stock.
8. WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A Pre Order is the term used when an item is currently out of stock, but will arrive back in stock within a certain time frame. The estimated date of delivery will be displayed under the description of a pre-order product.
9. WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment by bank card (Visa, Mastercard) & PayPal - Afterpay is available for Australian customers only!
10. I HAVE CREDIT, HOW DO I USE IT?
A note of credit is a certain dollar amount that is credited to your account. The credit note has a 1 year expiry period from the date of purchase, and will appear as a payment option when you next checkout with us.
11. HOW DO THE GIFT CARDS WORK?
Gift cards are emailed immediately after payment to the person nominated (i.e. who you're giving the gift card to). You can also send it to yourself and personalise it more before forwarding it on to your friend as well :)
12. HOW LONG ARE GIFT CARDS VALID FOR?
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
