Black Swallow wants you to be completely in love with your purchase(s) 110%! But if for whatever reason there is an issue with it, we have flexible return options available to make sure your shopping experience with us is amazing! If you have changed your mind or have chosen the wrong size, we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.
In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly refund the method of payment used.
Please note original shipping charges are non-refundable and the cost of the return is at your own cost.
In order for us to provide you with a credit note on your return, it must meet the following conditions:
1. Items must be received within 14 days (for Domestic) of receiving the parcel and 21 days (for International orders).
Any returns accepted outside this period will be subject to a restocking fee.
2. Be received in its original resellable condition:
- With all original tags attached
- Original packaging
3. Must be a full-priced item. Strictly no returns and credit notes on sale items.
4. Return parcels must include the Returns Form and its original invoice.
5. If your return does not meet our Returns Policy, it will be returned to you and you will be liable for the returns postage.
Note: Our team will inspect the return before we issue out a credit note. Black Swallow reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and will be sent back to the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.
NOTE: For hygienic reasons; cosmetics, shoes, hosiery, swimwear, sunglasses and earrings cannot be returned.
PLEASE TAKE CARE
Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order. In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.
HOW TO RETURN
All our orders are sent out with a Returns Form included in its parcel. Please fill this form out as detailed as possible and include it in your returns parcel along with your original invoice. The cost of return shipping will be at the customer's expense and will not be refunded or added onto your credit note. Returned items not received or lost in transit will not be issued a credit note or replacement.
All our returns are processed within 1-2 business days by our friendly staff. Once our team has inspected the garment, they will then contact you via email to provide you with your credit note.

It is recommended that you:
1. Use a traceable delivery method for all returns and;
2. Insure your delivery for safe return to Black Swallow so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to undertake the advised recommendations, you are responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping.
3. We do not accept cash on returns.
